Developers Donate $50k to Shoal Creek

Spring Austin Partners donated $50,000 to the Austin Parks Foundation for improvements to the lower Shoal Creek trail. The donation represented $500 for each new Spring resident. Once all the units are sold the total donation will exceed $100,000.
